Is it possible to get a car on the day of signing the agreement?

Only pre-owned vehicles already owned by the company are delivered on the day of signing, under the selling cars after leasing program. Operating car leasing processing for new vehicles takes about 10 working days due to procurement, registration, insurance, and TCC registration needs.

In what currency are leasing payments made?

All monthly settlements are conducted in the national currency — Hryvnia. The basic car leasing terms provide for a peg of the amount to the current USD or EUR exchange rate.

Who bears responsibility in case of an accident or damage?

All vehicles carry mandatory third-party liability insurance and comprehensive Hull insurance (CASKO) with no franchise, which also covers military risks. Insurance coverage is guaranteed to work only if the driver immediately and properly documents the incident at the scene.

What to do if an insurance event, damage, or car theft occurs?

Will I be provided with a substitute car?

You can independently use the vehicle in your current operations in accordance with its direct commercial purpose.

Is it allowed to travel abroad in a leased car?

Yes, travel abroad is permitted provided you have a notarized power of attorney from the lessor and a valid "Green Card" policy. For some countries, an international technical inspection certificate will additionally be required.

Is it possible to brand leased property?

Applying corporate symbols or company logos to the body is possible but requires mandatory prior written approval from the lessor.

Is it possible to terminate the agreement early?

Early contract termination is possible at the client's initiative. In this case, the contract stipulates penalty fees amounting to 5 current monthly payments.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, basic car leasing terms usually include a mileage limit based on the client's needs. This limit can be flexibly increased or decreased directly during the contract term.

Who pays traffic fines?

All financial obligations and traffic violations fines are paid by the direct user who was driving the vehicle.

What are the hidden fees and pitfalls?

The company operates transparently, meaning that any hidden commissions, extra fees, or disguised charges are completely absent.

Who handles car repairs?
